SUBJECT: ANAMP scholars will participate in an online initiative about intercultural communication. The initiative is designed to help scholars gain intercultural skills, which are critical for navigating cultural differences. These skills will be especially useful for scholars who plan to participate in the ANAMP experiences in Costa Rica, Panama, France, South Africa, and/or transfer to a four-year non-tribal college or university.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Students who opt-in will be randomly placed into one of three groups. Depending on the group that they’re placed in, scholars will receive different amounts and types of information about intercultural communication.
STIPENDS: Depending on their group assignment, they will be able to earn between $50 and $200 for participating in this initiative.
